Program. Keep Rising daily check-ins, operated by Keep Rising Unlimited LLC (d/b/a Keep Rising).
What you receive. Once your advisor enrolls you and you consent, you will receive daily positive-action prompts, appointment reminders, periodic self-rating check-ins, and replies from your advisor to messages you send.
How to join. Your advisor enrolls you during onboarding with your express written consent, or you may text START to your Keep Rising number.
Message frequency. Up to 4 messages per day. In normal use this is one daily positive-action prompt; the remainder are appointment reminders, periodic self-rating check-ins, and replies from your advisor to messages you send.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Keep Rising does not charge for the messages themselves; your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply.
How to stop. Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages. To rejoin, reply START or ask your advisor to re-enroll you.
How to get help. Reply HELP or INFO to any message, email contact@keeprising.io, or call 203-217-2182.
Supported carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.
Privacy. Your use of this program is governed by our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Not for emergencies. This program is not monitored 24 hours a day and is not a crisis service. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or call 911.
Changes. We may update these terms; the current version is always posted at this address.
